I built Stride and I ship apps with it daily. I write code, I review code, I sit next to you while you write code. I've been doing this in some form since 2005.
I started writing AI-native software the day the first useful models showed up. The pattern library I've built since then is what becomes the guard rails in your Stride engagement. The canonical pitfall I see, almost weekly, is three days lost to a premature solution that was overkill from the start. The work is partly to keep that from happening to you.

Andy has been running products on the web for two decades too, with a strong streak in operations, growth, and the unglamorous half of running a small SaaS.

I take on engagements I can ship cleanly. If I can't, I'll say so, and tell you who can.

Past the initial three weeks, you call us when you need us. Stride the software stays complimentary.
Two people, every engagement.
Mike runs the work. Andy is co-founder and backup. You're not relying on one phone.
Boring, opinionated, proven.
The simplest thing that works. We have strong opinions about hosting, databases, and when to stop refactoring. We share them.
We use what we sell.
Stride ships Wordtracker. It ships Pepperscombe Farm. It ships the marketing pages, the internal tools, the lot.
